Ship Repair.
A&P’s combination of facilities, capabilities, project managers and engineers mean we are available 24/7 to complete repairs to the full range of vessels - including ferries, tankers, offshore support vessels, dredgers, cargo vessels, jack ups and cruise ships.
Whether the works are scheduled repairs or emergency repairs, A&P has the capability to deliver all projects ranging from steel work and piping to the most complex electrical and mechanical systems. Our teams are also expert in ballast water treatment, propulsion, thrusters, electronics and dredging equipment.
Conversion.
A&P specialises in complex conversion and upgrade projects on a range of vessels including cable laying vessels, offshore support vessels and ferries. This is supported by experienced project management personnel with decades of experience of both commercial and offshore vessels.
A&Ps facilities are ideally suited for conversion projects, with both large sized drydocks and crane capacities we are able to provide both small and large scale conversions to the commercial and offshore industry.
Maintenance.
A&P offers around the clock maintenance support to our customers, providing vital support to all types of vessels. From intermediate class surveys to annual dry dockings, A&P’s team of project managers and engineers will ensure your vessel remains at the peak of efficiency, minimising the downtime of the vessel and maximising the availability of your fleet.
In Service Support.
A&P Group’s pioneering commercial partnership agreements were established in 2015, following the Group’s ongoing successful delivery of the Cluster Support Contracts with the Ministry of Defence for the Royal Fleet Auxiliary’s Argus and Bay Class.
The contracts collaborative, joint working and seamless integration between the MoD and A&P Group, resulted in A&P Falmouth maintaining the highest level of vessel availability and increased real efficiencies for the fleet.
A&P now extends its services to the commercial sector, with a large number of ferry companies benefitting from the scheme.
